As part of one of the workshops organized by Cayman Enterprise City (CEC), we met Fiona McDougall, an expert on scalability and growth, and she recommended the book The Founder's Mentality, based on research carried out by Bain & Company. We read the book and thought the best way to foster a certain mindset was at a very early stage. Join us to brainstorm about the Enterprise Cayman Business Design Competition, the Founder's Mentality and how a business incubator would help embed good practices in the organization very early on.
